List of documents required for the imported products certification
  1. Application for certification of products;
  2. Contract (agreement) for supply of products, constituent documents of the applicant, copy of certificate of registration in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities, individual entrepreneurs, certificates of taxation (if the applicant is a Russian company);
  3. Documents from the manufacturer pursuant to which the imported products are manufactured, detailed description of products incl. composition of products, key specifications, storage conditions, shelf life, conditions of usage, information about the manufacturer;
  4. Commodity and transport documents executed in accordance with the procedure established by the Russian laws;
  5. Safety certificate for the products issued by the competent authority in the county of origin;
  6. Sanitary and epidemiological inspection report issued by the competent authorities of the Russian Federation;
  7. Certificate of quality and certificate of origin of products (county of origin);
  8. Veterinary health certificate reissued on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  9. Documents for raw materials, components and packaging materials used in the process of manufacture of products; declaration-guarantee of manufacturer, that are not used GMO and GMM components.
  10. Label designs;
  11. Sample collection report;
  12. Samples of products.
Documents in foreign languages submitted for the purpose of certification shall be certified by manufacturer of the products and translated into Russian, copies and translations of documents shall be duly certified in accordance with the established procedure.
